Is it made by only 100% sprouted organic whole wheat kernels? This is what the packaging says. Only this and nothing of the dozens chemicaly unpronousable ingredients found in ordinary toast bread.
The difference could be described in analogy as the best sound reproduction with just one transistor driving a loudspeaker as opposed to a thousand transistor amplifier with negative feedback all over the circuit and so many other components that music sounds not like music anymore.

Also according to the article ancient civilizations were slowly baking it on top of a black rock under the sun. How many million years were they ahead of their time?
It tastes great, like a natural sweet cake. It is so small but weights 400g. It feels like a meal with so many nutrients.

The impressive example tested was bought from the organic chain in Athens called Βιολογικό Χωριό. It is called Ψωμι Εσσαιων. The packaging says produced by Everfresh Natural Foods UK for Green Bay & Co.
