How would a Pleiades (R,L) sound with electric bass?

So far great results were obtained by connecting an approximately 5H inductor directly in parallel to the pickup on a Yamaha bass.


How would the addition of a reries resistor to change the high pass slope affect the ear brain sound perception?


Usually a straight electric bass sounds muddy, bass heavy, with not treble or mid detail. This is possibly because of Fletcher Munson, playing effort curves.
