The linoleum Pleiades Auratone 5C type cube monitor speaker on listening tests excels on any kind of guitar.
The Tesla 5in TVM ARX-130-20/4 speaker is used inside the box made only by bent linoleum for creating each enclosure side.
The linoleum seems to damp much of coloration at bass also frequencies.
The result is a very clean, accurate, superb guitar sound. Distorted electric guitars sound great too.
