Is a radio electron tube oscilator or transmitter possible with just 1.2V at the anode?

By modifying the Pleiades V6 circuit with bias from anode to grid to make operation possible at very low anode voltage:

Pleiades V6 schematic

For example using an 6C4 operating with 4V on both heaters and anode. Or EF183 or Nuvistor 7586.

Or using 2DS4, 2DV4 with both heaters and anode at 1.2V?

How would an audio oscillator sound like?

How about an AM or FM one tube radio transmitter with just one battery?
