Placing a baffle speaker near the corner of a room

Not sure yet if this another reason why the one transistor Pleiades BD139 setup sounds so loud. See previous 2 posts.


The Zeis Ikon 20in by 20in baffle fullrange speaker is on the floor with its back 1-2 feet away from room corner.


Does this create a Klipschorn like arrangement making the side of the wall a horn loudspeaker?


Would a similar increase in bass or efficiency take place on the Pleiades linoleum triangular pyramid speaker?
