Secondary is connected to each grid of a say ECC84 electron tube. Centre tap is connected to minus of say 4 volts coin battery (Vc) for bias. Positive terminal of battery to the 2 cathodes. Primary of the output transformer say 6Kohms to 8 Ohms to the 2 anodes. Centre tap to possitive say 150V from batteries in series in series with fuse. Negative of this Vb supply to the 2 cathodes. Va supply from a batterry of say 6 volts in series with fuse to heaters. That's all folks.
