At your risk.
A beautiful example of the principle of least change in music beginning with pedal bass D. Then step bass down the D minor scale.
At 2:09 there is a Bb major 7th. The 7th is prepared as stated on Bach's manual. In this case it is prepared by the violins going D E F G, arriving to A when bass becomes Bb.
The chorus has step bass down the D minor scale as descried by Bach by figured bass D, C6, B7.
That is D F A then
C E A then
Bb D A
A remaining constant or pedal (melody) creating the prepared 6th and then 7th interval.
