Pleiades snack

Simple with best quality ingredients preferably freshly cut like food chain adverts.
Made after input from a Maros's friend and Vicky.


Using best quality sliced Zeas bread, (dough made without cheap vegetable  oils which have a reputation of clogging blood arteries), lightly toasted.


Then freshly cut wild τριφύλλι.


Then small tomatoes cut in half are added.


Then best quality virgin oil.


Then a bit of hand grated sprinkled Parmesan cheese.
