Omelette with Yogurt Ομελέτα με Γιαούρτι

Beating egg with a large spoonful of goat yogurt.


On the pan with sesame oil at low temperature.


When crusty and brown baked it gives this pancake quality to omelette. Or in audio engineering terminology that edgy and smooth midrange morning presence effect.
