How to easily learn to play music

By playing along with the best.

For example playing along with the Year of the Cat - Al Stewart.

It is written in E minor. This means all keys used are white except F (Fa) which is F sharp (the next black to the right.

Playing with the right hand and jamming along using all those notes will do the trick. They will fit and each one will teach it's  role with reference to the bass note.

The bass note is more difficult to find by listening but it too can be discovered  by trial and error.
