A film or a theatrical play on the life of Clive Davis?

It would be very interesting but probably very expensive and too difficult to make.

How do you recreate legendary Arista records A&R meetings listening loudly for the first time greatly produced songs that soon would be listened too globally?

But perhaps if Clive Davis could write scripts for some of those meetings in order to get a very good idea on how a great record label operates? What each department has to achieve, how, and how they all get in tune?

Clive Davis' book "The Soundtrack of My Life" is amazing as it shows how it is like. A music masterclass.

On his website can be found interviews-quotes of the executives who had the chance to work with him, very informative too. By the way they speak you get to know what they do and how, and the way they respect the great man. And how well he treats them too apart from the low room temperature so you are alert and don't miss a single musical note...
