Dansette Bermuda schematic, and how great reproducing quality did producers like Mike Oldfield had when they were kids

The schematic link is :
http://pspatialaudio.com/primus%20inter%20pares.htm

It is very similar to the Neumann U47 schematic or the schematics of the Pleiades V series microphone preamplifiers.

It has only one electron tube in single ended class A operation from piezoelectric phono cartridge to speaker! Class A operation means electrons flowing all the time.

The reproducing quality of most instruments is at times scary as they are very lifelike, smooth sounding and dynamic as expected.

This is the quality that Mike Oldfield who had a Dansette and perhaps others like Brian Eno must have had at home. On these simple magic record player amplifiers.
