Treating uncooked food as if it were a pizza

At your own risk. This is not a medical advice. This is what Canelina the cat and the patient tortoise do when they want to save time and vitamins so that they can spend more time for their audio engineering experiments. Canelina the cat and the patient tortoise are just creatures of the woods.

When they make spaghetti or pizza...

They add, some salt, something to sweeten, eg rasins. Some leaves to make it look nice and green. Freshly ground pepper. A little Ceylene cinnamon, few drops of lemon or sour orange for vitamin C.

Why not doing the same when we make a quick uncooked meal.

For example.

Flakes of oat. And adding...

Whole grain sesame. Black raisins. Pistachio nuts. Walnuts. Water. Same lemon or sour orange drops for vitamin C.

Then adding the above mentioned ingredients as we would do on pizza or spaghetti.

Adding water to make them soft.

Canelina the cat and the patient tortoise found out that even if they may catch a cold or get ill they get well very soon.
