Aproximately 9 Ω.
Battery supply is 3.9V.
So the heater gets only about 2.5V!
Anode current is 30μA at these conditions.
Current through the heaters is aproximately 150mA.
The EF183 electron tube still operates satisfactorily at those conditions. The sound is great and unstressed, easy, natural.
The anode to grid accelerating resistor used is 8MΩ.
