Were the first The Wall - Pink Floyd album sleeves printed at Columbia EMI Athens?

Not confirmed yet. This was mentioned by Nelly, the PA of the ex Columbia EMI Athens managing director.

On a later narration Nelly mentioned it was not the Wall (or that it may had been the Wall on VHS)  but Sgt. Pepper's - Beatles record sleeves and that the MD of EMI in UK was asking them to send immediatly by the time they were ready.
