It would be great to make an organ or synthesizer where very very high notes are produced at correct pitch.
A broken EMS DK1 keyboard could be used. Each key could have its own independently tuned oscillator so everything could be tuned by ear-brain avoiding subjectively low octaves.
The idea is to produce notes as high as say 16KHz.
An XR-2206 could be used with an independent multi turn resistor for each key allowing fine tuning.
Or one XR for each key making a 40+ orchilators synthsizer.
The XR is fully analog and has AM and FM capability. So how about perhaps an analog DX7?
