It would be great to make a Pleiades low cut proximity compensating and pop and perhaps wind noise damping filter using a Magnetec nanoperm toroidal core inside just a female and male XLR connector coupled together. Size would be shorter than a standard XLR female to male adaptor. Visual and built quality is amazing.
