Magnetec 073 core
Thin insulated wire
We wind many turns of wire on the Magnetec 073 toroidal core.
We then connect the 2 ends to pin 2 (live) and 3 (return) of the microphone output.
Everything can fit inside an XLR inline male to female adaptor.
The less turns, the less bass. We find by experiment the optimum number of turns for the required application. The marvelous ear brain is the judge.
