A simple to carry with food snack


At your own risk. This is not a medical advice.


Taking for example a slim (about 2 in thick) and (7in long) opaque bag.


Filling it with:


Black raisins


Whole sesame seeds


Walnuts


Crushed oat flakes


Goji Berry


Pistachio nuts


Walnuts


Etc


Then slightly twisting and making a knot on itself or using a ribbon.
