It can be read that echo chambers do not like low frequencies. And this is why we may filter them out before or after?
How would a reverberation or echo chamber sound with some nice linoleum panels for example? The membranes will convert LF reverberation to heat without affecting the rest of the spectrum. And if they are made to nice cylindrical or poly cylindrical shapes they can diffuse sound. (See other euroelectron posts for drain pipes used in famous or infamous echo chambers).
Would LF absorbers work in an echo chamber? Would they also sound so nice so that a singer can be physically there in real time and enjoy singing without the bass heaviness of LF air modes of vibration?
Ronnie Spector enjoyed practicing vocals in the ladies room. And says it sounded better than the echo chamber itself. (The exact reference cannot be found. It may be her biography book, Be My Baby. Below are 2 aproximately relevant references).
