A great part of musical score interpretation is correct intonation to the human brain

Equal temperament is away from this. Fortunately when a good conductor or a good producer, good instruments or orchestra musicians play notes they are intonated by ear, brain. This referenced to bass, it's overtones and the other parts, their fundamentals and their overtones. High notes are stretched by the right amount for psychoacoustic  reasons or brain perception. So the result is symphony to the listener's brain. Feedback from the desired result and what is the sound at any particular instant from the brain of the performers and conductor guide all the body movements continuously (iterating) until the result is harmony. Even 9th chords in the right hands of composers and interpreters sound so nice one is proud to be human.

The Pleiades tuning temperament is an attempt to equal brain perception temperament. It needs additional improvement  to be done. For a Pleiades tuning can be made for each particular scale rather that equal Pleiades temperament being the same for all scales. We all know a C4 for example is a different frequency when the key is C major or, A flat major for example. Pitch perception also depends on intensity.
