Drilling and finishing a box takes ages.
The box is a small aluminum almost cigarette size.
Inside the box are fitted just a 2N3055 power transistor, an input connector, an output speaker connector, a volume control potentiometer, a 9V battery holder. It should have a fuse holder too.
It operates in class A (electrons flowing all the time), even when there is silence. Extremely low noise. Brilliant lifelike sound
