It is prepared in seconds flat.
A barley rusk is moist with water. On top of it black resins, goji berry, pistachio nuts etc.
A tomato or some very small ones are just washed and placed in the plate. Same with green pepper etc. Then virgin olive oil, oregano, ground pepper, Ceylon cinnamon etc are added.
Time is not wasted as they are cut while one slowly eats. Like eating and cutting meat in the plate. And no vitamins are lost.
Τα λαχανικά κόβονται στο πιάτο οπως οταν τρώμε κρέας. Ετςι δεν χάνεται πολύτιμος χεονος. Ούτε βιταμίνες.
