Even at the very beginning. At 0:20 bass is E, soprano line F sharp. Countless other examples, 38:51 etc.
Then (back to introduction)  at 0:33 bass becomes G creating with the prepared F sharp the 7 major seventh interval so much used by Pink Floyd, Burt Bucharach, Jobim, Morricone and others.
