Your own risk. Always use a fuse in series with a battery or other voltage supply source for safety.
A nice box that can be used is the Legrand 013 59.
It is beautiful and white. It is plastic ie lightweight. If needed inside copper shielding might be used. Or the plastic assembly used as a sub chassis (vibration isolated) inside a metal enclosure.
It has a rail, long enough to fit 3 Finder type 90.20 octal sockets.
So input transformer, electron tube, and output transformer support can be done in seconds flat.
Connections are very secure and low R by screw pressure. The mic in and output cable can be connected in this way too.
May this be the basis for a nice mic booster electron tube amplifier kit?
