It can be a Pleiades V6 direct driving the Sennheiser HD580. A faint sound is expected but of great quality. See previous posts. Normally 2 -3 stages should be needed. Protect your ears.
Or similarly a Pleiades K117 with input and output transformer., mic to headphones respectively. Would it sound louder than a Pleiades V6? Possibly so.
