Why do black keys sound so different?

For example:

Waiting for a girl like you - Foreigner

New York - Alicia Keys

Against all odds - Phil Collins

Moonlight Sonata - Beethoven

Monnlight Shadow - Mike Oldfield

Is it because for example on the Foreigner ballad example the listener's brain does not recognize the note? Is it an A or B an A sharp bass or a B flat bass? Is the song written in A or B, A sharp minor or B flat minor?

Is it a grey zone effect?

The gray zone is loved by women - Michalis

Perhaps not only by women.
